From the searches, background works, great and timely communication, exploratory trips to tour homes, being on ground for the inspection, and most importantly, arranging a very smooth and straightforward closing process with a fantastic Title company (GPN Title inc.). She went overboard for me, as I could only be available for just the closing, sending me pictures and videos and giving objective opinions and views on chosen properties. She was patient, as she had to tour different homes over several weeks and cautioned when I fell for some homes not appropriate for me. She answered every call and email, no matter what time of day or night it was, as I was away in a different time zone.
